Replacement Vehicle Provision
Vehicle hire has been classed as an essential service and we are set up to do our best to support all vital travel in the fight against Covid-19. Our team are working from home with all of the usual resource available to them. Our supply network, whilst certain to experience some interruptions and closures, is still able to react to support vital services. We continue to work with our partners to provide a mobility solution where we are able to do so. Vehicle Repair Network
Given the government advice, those garages that have not already closed, will be doing so imminently. Naturally Covid-19 has had a wide spread impact on the supply of parts and therefore it was inevitable that closures would take place. We continue to monitor the situation closely and would like to assure our Clients that our repair network will be fully functional again, when the relevant government advice is given.

Existing Claims
Our team are continuing to progress existing claims to the best of our ability. Clearly we are likely to experience some challenges around our engagement with our partners in the industry, given the impact Covid-19 is having on our industry.
